Set up in four steps

Request your store key
Fill in the short form below. We set up your store and send you a private key, usually the same day.

Install the plugin
Download the plugin, then in WordPress go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, choose the file, Install and Activate.

Connect your store
Go to WooCommerce > Lift & Drop. Paste your key, fill in your pickup details, press Test connection, then Save.

Send orders in one click
Open any order. In the Lift & Drop Delivery box, check the details and press Send to Lift & Drop. That is all.
You need WordPress with WooCommerce (a recent version), and a phone number we can reach for pickups.
Sending an order
- Open the order in WooCommerce. The Lift & Drop Delivery box is on the right.
- Check the delivery area and the receiver's phone number.
- Collect from customer (GHS): the amount our rider must collect for the item. Use 0 if the customer already paid online.
- Who pays for delivery: your store or your customer.
- Press Send to Lift & Drop. The box then shows the tracking number. Use Check status any time to see where it is.
Get your store key
Your store key connects your shop to your Lift & Drop account. Tell us about your store and we will send it to you, usually the same day. You can also WhatsApp us on 0591 656 364.
Questions
Who pays for the delivery?+
You choose on every order. "My customer" means the receiver gets a payment link and pays the delivery fee (plus any amount to collect) when the rider is assigned. "My store" means we bill your store, and the receiver only pays the amount to collect, if any.
What does the customer receive?+
Your customer gets text messages: when the order is received, when a rider is assigned (with the rider's name and number), and when it is delivered. Each includes a tracking link.
What if my customer already paid for the item online?+
Leave "Collect from customer" as 0. The rider only delivers. If the customer pays cash on delivery, enter that amount and we collect it and remit it to you.
Do I have to type the distance?+
No. The price is worked out automatically from your pickup area and the customer's delivery area.
What about deliveries outside Accra?+
Tick "Outside Accra" on the order and enter the destination town. It is sent by station and priced accordingly.
Can I send the same order twice by mistake?+
No. Each order can only be sent once, and the box shows its tracking number and live status afterwards.
Does it work with Shopify or other platforms?+
Right now the plugin is for WooCommerce (WordPress). If you use Shopify or something else, send the request form anyway and tell us. We will let you know when it is ready.
Does it cost anything?+
The plugin is free. You pay normal Lift & Drop delivery rates. See Check rates for prices.
Is my key safe?+
Treat it like a password. It only lets your store send and look up its own deliveries. If it ever leaks, tell us and we replace it immediately.
